Join experienced instructor Heidi Douchette for Beer Yoga on April 15th at 10:30 am! Enjoy an hour of exercise followed by two beer tokens for either two draft beers or a six-pack to-go. Registration is required and is available online for $20, which includes the yoga session and beer tokens; please arrive 15 minutes in advance and bring your own yoga mat.
